We all have goals we want to reach, challenges we’re striving to overcome and times when we feel stuck. Partnering with a coach can change your life, setting you on a path to greater personal and professional fulfillment.
The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as a partnership, a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires clients to maximize their personal and professional potential. The process of coaching often unlocks previously untapped sources of imagination, productivity and leadership.
As a Certified Leadership Coach, Sheila helps clients achieve goals by defining their strengths, thoughts, and goals so they can work more effectively with others. In turn, being coached can help clients as a leaders be more effective by prioritizing active listening, empathy and curiosity into team conversations.
"Working on my leadership brand with Sheila helped me define what leadership looks like and how I want to show up for and support my team. There was self-reflection, examining the role I play in different situations, how I can handle things differently, and a lot of 'aha' moments. I was able to strategize ways to lead more effectively and efficiently while still valuing and respecting my team. Most importantly, I’ve become a better teammate to those around me while still staying true to leadership skills and ideals that matter to me."
